The Reality of Creative Educational Performance for First-Grade Primary Teachers in The Light of Overall Quality Standards

Abstract

The current research aims to know "the reality of creative educational performance in primary grade 1 teachers in the light of overall quality standards", and the current research is limited to only Arabic language teachers who teach first grade students in the 2019/2020 school year. The first semester in the Holy Karbala Education Department, 88 teachers representing the sample research and the achievement of the research goal, the researchers prepared a resolution for creative education that included (3) fields, namely (the area of lesson planning, the area of lesson implementation, the area of assessment), prepared by reviewing the educational books and previous studies related to the subject matter of research. The identification contained a number of open questions that dealt with the creative aspect of education, and the identification of information concerning the same teacher in terms of years of service and certificate received, and after analysis of data obtained using statistical means 81% of teachers do not practice creative educational performance skills, especially those related to the use of modern strategies that develop creative thinking in learners and the organization of the classroom environment in favor of creative education, 73% are limited to closed questions and avoid open questions. 56% of teachers do not care about learners' ideas and opinions and do not participate actively in the learning process. In light of the results of the current study, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions, including::
1-The establishment of continuous training courses for primary school teachers in modern teaching methods; To raise their creative side.
2—Review the teacher-training programs and curricula in institutes and colleges almost continuously for development.
