The Difficulties That Limit The Practice of Planning Supervisors in Education Departments in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of Strategic Planning

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the difficulties that limit the practice of planning supervisors in educational directorates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of strategic planning. In its final form of (28) paragraphs, the study tool was based on theoretical literature, and a number of previous studies, and five-graded (very high, high, medium, weak, very weak) was used. After applying the study and conducting statistical analyzes, the following results were revealed:
1- The difficulties that limit the practice of planning supervisors in educational directorates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of strategic planning have attained a high degree, and the highest of these difficulties are: lack of financial resources and material and moral incentives for planning supervisors, scarcity of specialists in strategic planning, and the stagnation of some administrative systems.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the response averages of the sample about the difficulties of practicing planning supervisors for strategic planning in educational directorates who hold a doctorate academic qualification, and those who hold a bachelor’s academic qualification in favor of a doctoral qualification.
3- There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study members about the difficulties of the planning supervisors' practice of strategic planning in educational directorates according to different years of experience.
