The Role of the Active (Smart) E- Learning in the Public Schools of South Shouna in Developing Innovation for Teachers in the Light of Spreading Coronavirus Pandemic
Abstract
The study aimed at knowing the role of the active (smart) E- Learning in the Public schools of South Shouna in developing innovation for teachers in the light of spreading Coronavirus pandemic. It consisted of 250 male and female teachers from many specifications who were randomly selected, and they answered the questionnaire. The researcher used the descriptive approach as it is the most suitable approach to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions. He also created a scientific questionnaire to measure the objective of the study which included 25 paragraphs divided into three main sections. The first section consisted of the demographic characteristics of the sample. The second one consisted of some paragraphs ralated to the role of the effective E- Learning in the schools of South Shouna in developing innovation for teachers in the light of spreading Coronavirus pandemic. The third sections included the obstacles in applying the affective ( smart) E- Learning in the schools of South Shouna. The researcher used 5-Point Likert Scale ( (1) Strongly disagree; (2) Disagree; (3) Neutral ; (4) Agree; (5) Strongly agree). He also validated the tools, and he found out that the sample of the study thought that the role of the active (smart) E- learning in the public schools of the South Shouna in developing innovation for teachers in the light of spreading Coronavirus pandemic was high. It was also found out that the role of the obstacles in applying the E- Learning in the schools of South Shouna in developing innovation for teachers in the light of spreading Coronavirus pandemic was high because it was not applied properly. In the light of the findings, the study presented a group of recommendations and suggestion
