Recent Trends in Educational Supervision
Abstract
The launch of educational supervision is a real beginning towards giving and creativity in all areas of modern educational trends, and working to coordinate, provoke and direct towards supervisors, teachers and teachers, for the purpose of stimulating and directing the growth of each learner for smart participation in the society and the world in which he lives, and the educational supervision entries have become one of the modern educational approaches in Educational world; Calling through it to link the educational and supervisory process, raise its efficiency and improve its performance, especially in light of the great development witnessed by the educational world from its theories, strategies and techniques; To witness a major qualitative challenge; Calling all those interested and supervisory cadres to work hard for change and development in the field of educational supervision, and based on the roles of educational supervision aimed at improving the educational system in its entirety and developing it, and creating integration between them in a way that improves the qualitative outputs of different learning environments, the need has emerged to reconsider the overall Supervisory processes at the level of thought and practice, and organizational and structural structures and their development, so that the supervisor can fulfill his mission to develop learning environments efficiently and effectively; The fact that educational supervision is an applied approach that combines many functions of management, including planning, leadership, control and continuous development of human, material and technical resources in a flexible manner with special dynamics and horizons of freedom and creativity together .
