Administrative and Financial Feasibility Analysis of Continuous Agricultural Production Systems
(A Case Study of a King Oyster Mushroom Production Project in Emerging Markets)

This study aims to analyze the administrative, technical, and financial performance indicators of an existing industrial agro-producing project in Istanbul that utilizes a controlled environment system for year-round king oyster mushroom production. The study discusses the efficiency of transforming traditional agriculture into a continuous "industry" that overcomes seasonal constraints. The results show that the project requires an estimated investment capital of $3.7 million, with revenues expected to grow to $1.7 million annually by the fifth year, achieving a payback period within five years.
