تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية المكتسبة في ظل التشارك المعرفي
(دراسة استطلاعية في شركة ديالى العامة)

الملخص
هدف البحث الى بيان العلاقة والاثر الذي يمكن ان يلعبه التشارك المعرفي في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية المكتسبة لمنظمات الاعمال وخاصة المنظمات الانتاجية، حيث تلعب ابعاد التشارك المعرفي دورا كبيرا في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية المكتسبة، ومن أجل الوصول إلى النتائج النهائية والتحقق من صحة الفرضيات المذكورة آنفاً، قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، معتمداً على مجموعة من الأساليب والأدوات اللازمة لجمع وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات من عينة البحث البالغ قوامها(68) من المبحوثين في شركة ديالى العامة، واستعان الباحث باستمارة الاستبانة بوصفها أداة رئيسة في الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات، وعدد من الأساليب الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج SPSS.
حيث توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج؛ كان من أهمها وجود علاقات ارتباط وأثر بين التشارك المعرفي والمناعة التنظيمية, وأختتم البحث بجملة من التوصيات كان أهمها يجب على الشركة المبحوثة الاهتمام بتعزيز مناعتها التنظيمية من الاخطار الخارجية من خلال تبني عملية التشارك المعرفي.
وهذا ما اوضحتها نتائج البحث، حيث توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة والتي يمكن ان تساعد المنظمة المبحوثة عينة البحث في تعزيز مناعتها التنظيمية المكتسبة لمواجهة مختلف التحديات التنظيمية المستقبلية.
