تأثير الأمان الوظيفي على العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والولاء الوظيفي دراسة على الجامعات السعودية
الملخص
أن سر نجاح المنظمات هو إداء موظفيها ومدى ولائهم للمؤسسة التي يعملون فيها، وللوصول إلى ذلك لابد من تحقيق الولاء الوظيفي الذي له دور بارز للحصول على أعلى مستويات الأداء. ويزداد الاهتمام الكبير بالتعليم ودوره في نهضة الأمم وازدهارها في مجتمعات اليوم، وقد أولت الدول أهمية كبيرة للتعليم في مراحله كلها وبخاصة المرحلة الجامعية، وعليه فقد خصصت ميزانيات ضخمة لنهضته ودوره في تزويد المجتمع بالموارد البشرية المثقفة والمسلحة بالعلوم الحديثة الرامية لتنمية المجتمع، وتُعد المؤسسات التعليمية الجامعية من أهم المؤسسات لصنع المعرفة ورقي المجتمعات، كما أنها تقوم بدور فاعل وهام في التنمية باعتبارها بناءً تنظيمياً علمياً وأكاديمياً يساهم في التغيير الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بشكل مؤثر في المجتمع من خلال إمداد قطاعاته المختلفة بالعناصر المدرّبة والمـزودة بأحدث المعارف، وهذا يعتمد على كفاءة وفاعلية عضو هيئة التدريس، لذلك ركّزت هذه الدراسة على تأثير الأمان الوظيفي على العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والولاء الوظيفي، حيث ان العدالة التنظيمية والأمان الوظيفي لهما دور كبير في تحقيق الولاء الوظيفي والذي بدوره يرفع أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية إلى مصاف الدولية.
