واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة بوزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة (توليد المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) بوزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال أداة الاستبانة، والتي طبقت على القيادات في ديوان وزارة التعليم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (160) فردًا. وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة (توليد المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) بوزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية جاء بدرجة ضعيفة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.25) من (5.00)، وجاء بعد تخزين المعرفة في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (2.40)، كما جاء في المرتبة الثانية بعد توليد المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (2.29)، يليه وبفارق بسيط بعد مشاركة المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (2.27)، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة بعد تطبيق المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (2.07).
