دور الشبكات الاجتماعية في تعزيز انخراط الطلاب في التعلم وفق سياق نظرية النشاط أثناء جائحة كوفيد-19

الملخص
نظراً لحداثة تجربة توظيف الشبكات الاجتماعية في عملية التعلم عن بعد أثناء جائحة كوفيد19- وخصوصاً فيما يتعلق بالكيفية التي توفرها الشبكات الاجتماعية في تعزيز الانخراط في التعلم من عدمه فإن هذا يدعوا الباحثين لإجراء دراسات تتناول هذا الجانب. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الشبكات الاجتماعية في تعزيز انخراط الطلاب في التعلم أثناء جائحة كوفيد-19 وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس أثناء الأزمة. تم استخدام أحد المناهج النوعية وهو منهج الفينومينولوجي بهدف دراسة وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكيفية استخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية أثناء الجائحة وكيفية إدراكهم لها وحضورها في خبرتهم. تم توظيف نظرية النشاط لوصف وتحليل كيفية تأثير سياق كوفيد-19 على استخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وكيفية توظيفهم لتلك الشبكات وتأثيرها في تعزيز انخراط الطلاب في التعليم عن بعد. تم جمع البيانات افتراضياً بطريقة المقابلة المتعمقة شبه المنظمة مع (7) مشاركين يشكلون عينة نموذجية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وقد تم اختيارهم وفقاً لمعدلات المشاركة في التدريس أثناء الأزمة. تم حفظ إجابات المشتركين في ملف نصي ومن ثم إدخالها إلى برنامج MAXQDA لإجراء عمليات التحليل الموضوعي. توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى نتائج واضحة بشأن دور الشبكات الاجتماعية في تعزيز الانخراط السلوكي والمعرفي والانفعالي لدى الطلاب الجامعيين من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. توصي الدراسة بأن الأبحاث المستقبلية المتعلقة باستخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية في التعليم قد تكون أكثر توجهاً نحو دراسة كيفية استخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية في مرحلة ما بعد الجائحة. وأنه من الضروري أن يكون هناك اتجاه بحثي جديد يهدف إلى إنشاء أطر واضحة لتوظيف الشبكات الاجتماعية في التعليم بهدف تعزيز فرص التعلم للطلاب الجامعيين والتغلب على التحديات القائمة.
