تنمية قيادة الطلبة في المدارس بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تنمية قيادة الطلبة في المدارس بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود اهتمام بقيادة الطلبة في المدارس بسلطنة عُمان يتمثل مجالس الإدارة الطلابية، ومجالس الفصول، وجماعات النشاط،، ومجالس إدارات الوحدة الكشفية والإرشادية ، وفرق التطوير والتحسين . كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود بعض جوانب القصور في تنمية قيادة الطلبة في برامج إعداد وتدريب المعلمين، وفي الأنشطة اللامنهجية، وفي استراتيجيات وأساليب التدريس الذي يستخدمها المعلمون .
