التحديات التي تواجه أولياء الأمور والاختصاصيين في تشخيص الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في منطقة تبوك

الملخص
حاولت الدراسة الحالية فهم تجارب أولياء الأمور والاختصاصيين حول تحديات تشخيص الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد اضطراب، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (9) آباء واختصاصيين في عملية تشخيص اضطراب طيف التوحد، واستخدم الدراسة المنهج النوعي من خلال اجراء مقابلات شبه منظمة ومتعمقة مع المشاركين. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك ثمانية تحديات أشارت إليه تجارب المشاركون، وظهرت هذه التحديات في أماكن عملية التشخيص، والاختصاصيين، وأدوات التشخيص، والأعراض المتداخلة لاضطراب طيف التوحد والحالات الأخرى، وعدم تجانس الأعراض، ووقت التشخيص، ونتائج التقارير التشخيصية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة زيادة إنشاء العيادات التشخيصية المتخصصة في اضطراب طيف التوحد في المملكة العربية السعودية وخاصة في منطقة تبوك، وكذلك عقد ورش تدريبية للاختصاصيين حول إدارة أدوات التشخيص.
