الملخص

في إطار تحديات التطوير المهني للمعلمين وظهور مجالات تدريبية تأتي كأولوية تتوفق مع متطلبات العصر؛ فإن مهارات إنتاج التطبيقات النقالة من المهارات المهمة والأساسية التي يجب الاهتمام بها وتعزيزها لدي المعلمين والمعلمات. وعلى ذلك، وفي سياق المزايا التي تقدمها المحفزات الرقمية فإن البحث الحالي جاء كمحاولة ليستهدف من خلالها توظيف منصات التحفيز الرقمي لتنمية مهارات إنتاج التطبيقات النقالة لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي للمقارنة بين مجموعتي البحث، حيث تدرس المجموعة التجريبية باستخدام المنصة التحفيزية، والمجموعة الضابطة التي تستخدم ذات المنصة، ولكن بدون محفزات رقمية.  تكونت عينة البحث من (56) معلمة بالمرحلة المتوسطة، تم توزيعهم عشوائيًا على مجموعتي البحث بواقع (28) معلمة في كل مجموعة. من خلال البحث الحالي تم تطوير قائمة بمهارات إنتاج التطبيقات النقالة تضمنت خمس مهارات أساسية: تحليل بنية التطبيق النقال، وتصميم التطبيق، وتطوير وبرمجة التطبيق، وإجراءات الاختبارات الفنية للتطبيق، ونشر التطبيق. تم تطوير بطاقة ملاحظة لتقييم الأداء المهاري المرتبطة بمهارات إنتاج التطبيقات النقالة. وأظهرت النتائج أفضلية المجموعة التجريبية التي استخدمت المنصة التحفيزية بالمقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة التي استخدمت المنصة بدون محفزات الرقمية وذلك فيما يتعلق بتحسن الأداء المهاري المرتبط بإنتاج التطبيقات النقالة. أوصى البحث بضرورة التوسع في توظيف المنصات التحفيزية في عمليات التدريب الإلكتروني.
