إدارة إجراءات العمل (BPM) في الجامعات السعودية لتطوير أداءها المؤسسي

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية لتحليل أبرز التجارب والخبرات العالمية لتطبيق منهجية إدارة إجراءات العمل في الجامعات، كما تهدف للتعرف على مستوى تطبيق إدارة إجراءات العمل في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية والأكاديمية والإداريين فيها، وتقديم مقترحات تساهم في تعزيز تطبيق هذا المدخل من أجل تطوير أدائها المؤسسي. تم تحليل التجارب واستخلاص الفوائد التي انعكست على الجامعات من تطبيق إجراءات العمل فيها، والتي من أبرزها أن مساعدة المنهجية في تحول العمل لأنظمة ديناميكية تدعم ثقافة التحسين المستمر، وتعمل على إنشاء إجراءات رشيقة مرنة توائم احتياجات الجامعات، كما ساعدت في تقليص الوقت والجهد في الأعمال الإدارية، وعملت على موائمة أنشطة العمل مع الاستراتيجيات مما ساعد بتحسين تجربة الطلاب، ووضوح الرؤية والتحكم. كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتوزيع أداة الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (614) فرداً من الإداريين والقيادات الإدارية والأكاديمية بكل من: (جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وجامعة الملك سعود، وجامعة الملك عبد العزيز)، وذلك في العام الجامعي 1445. وبعد أن تم إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستويات تطبيق إدارة إجراءات العمل (المستوى المؤسسي، مستوى الإجراءات، مستوى التنفيذ) جميعها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وكان المتوسط العام للدرجة الكلية لتطبيق إدارة إجراءات العمل في الجامعات السعودية (3,02)، وهو يدل على مستوى متوسط للنضج في إدارة الإجراءات. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز مفهوم الجودة وقياس الأداء وإدارة الإجراءات في الجامعات السعودية، وتبني ثقافة التحسين المستمر والابتكار، للوصول إلى التميز التشغيلي للجامعات.
